MONDAY CHEST
Warm ups (dont want injuries right? nope!)
Pushup burnouts and some shoulder stretching.
2x10 Dumbell press warmups
5x10 Dumbell press 12,12,12,8,6 (I aim for the highest rep scheme!)
3x10-12 Inclne Press
3X10-12 Seated Flys
TUESDAY LEGS
2x10 (Go light for warmup!)
10x10 Squats

2x10 Deadlifts
5x10 Deadlifts
10x10 Pullups try weighted! Dont go to heavy, you will end up using more of biceps thats what I read.
FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY CHILLLLLL.
stretch for Deadlifts, one of the best exercises of all time! go to Franks youtube channel to watch videos and learn how to deadlift. Dont forget Hanh!
