SO SORE FROM Hanhs CHEST WORKOUT STILL. It was so hard to me to move my upper body, needed help changing in the locker room , yes i know. Thats how serious it was .
Ate cereal apple, then chicken breasts, a lettuce and meat sandwhich the. Another sandwhich with bacon and grilled chicken, chicken wings, milk and lastly some veggies.
