Workout Routines

Okay, just want to let you know that these routines belong to hanhchampion and full credit goes to them.
MONDAY CHEST
Warm ups (dont want injuries right? nope!)
Pushup burnouts and some shoulder stretching.
2x10 Dumbell press warmups
5x10 Dumbell press 12,12,12,8,6 (I aim for the highest rep scheme!)
3x10-12 Inclne Press
3X10-12 Seated Flys

TUESDAY LEGS
2x10 (Go light for warmup!)
10x10 Squats

pretty simple but a killer workout. Seriously, go try it and suffer. REMEMBER THOUGH NO PAIN= NO GAIN

WEDNESDAY REST REST REST EAT EAT EAT

THURSDAY BACK

2x10 Pullups for warmups
2x10 Deadlifts
5x10 Deadlifts
10x10 Pullups try weighted! Dont go to heavy, you will end up using more of biceps thats what I read.

FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY CHILLLLLL.

stretch for Deadlifts, one of the best exercises of all time! go to Franks youtube channel to watch videos and learn how to deadlift. Dont forget Hanh!

Social Life

Ahh. Bad week. My gf doesnt go to my school anymore (moved away). Smacked in the head by door and someones elbow. GOT a bad grade and only got to work out once this week. Barely got any sleep and yeah oh well

Thursday

SO SORE FROM Hanhs CHEST WORKOUT STILL. It was so hard to me to move my upper body, needed help changing in the locker room , yes i know. Thats how serious it was .
Ate cereal apple, then chicken breasts, a lettuce and meat sandwhich the. Another sandwhich with bacon and grilled chicken, chicken wings, milk and lastly some veggies. Social life

Casual day, wake up sleep, eat, poop, not that bad. All i did was daydream at school worked out at my school gym using Hanhchampion's videos as guides, and almost had 50 pound fall on my face because my teacher pressed my hand together.Nothing to blog today peeps. Cant wait till summer already, don't you?

Sup guys, this blog is gonna be dedicated to working out HeLL YEAH! Huge thanks to hanhchampion and ice1cube for inspiration and motivation! Dont know these guys search them up on youtube! Since i am new for gym and blogging, tolerate the noobieness LOL.
